Giorgos Konstantinou brings over 15 years of senior management experience in FinTech and Financial Services, specializing in sales & business development, regulatory risk advisory, AML compliance advisory, AML risk assessments & audits, international & corporate banking and more.
He is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Regulatory Technology (RegTech), with deep expertise in end-to-end AML solutions for process digitalization and automation. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of regulated financial institutions in various jurisdictions including Europe and the Gulf region and has collaborated with various regulatory authorities.
Before founding K.G.K. ReguTech Advisors Ltd, he held leadership roles at major institutions, including Barclays Bank, PwC and Deloitte. Throughout his roles he advised regulated financial institutions and regulatory authorities across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, driving compliance transformation through innovative RegTech solutions and transforming their compliance and AML practices.

Katerina is an internationally recognized leader in Financial Crime, Investigations, and Compliance, with expertise in AML/CFT, RegTech implementation, regulatory strategy, enterprise risk frameworks, and anti-bribery & corruption.
With 30+ years of global experience, she has pioneered risk assessment tools, influenced regulatory reforms, and advised Supervisory Authorities, Central Banks, Securities Commissions, and financial institutions across Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East. She spearheaded the development of AMLex RBSF and AMLex 365 PRO and contributed significantly to EU audit and AML reforms.
Her career spans senior leadership at Deloitte—where she served as Head of Compliance, AML Leader for the Middle East, and AML Pillar for Deloitte North South Europe—after a decade as CFO of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and earlier work as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen in the UK. She now leads Compliance Advisory projects at K.G.K. ReguTech Advisors Ltd.
